SBMAQ Cancellation Policy
By completing a registration form or receiving confirmation from SBMAQ, you are indicating your intention to attend the conference or Professional Development and you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend.
Registration cancellations must be sent in writing (email), to SBMAQ care of Registrations
Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to a conference or professional development activity will receive a full refund. . No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received less than thirty days of a conference or leadership forum; however a substitute delegate may be nominated to attend. For all other professional development less than 7 days out from the professional development no refund will be given but a sustitute delegate may be nominated to attend.
